Services & Facilities

The Square, Camberley offers a range of services and facilities for a more convenient visit.

Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach in Cambridge Square. It’s free of charge and is controlled by radar keys. Access can be requested at the Customer Service Desk next to H. Samuel in Central Square.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it. Our main doors are automatic for easy access. The majority of our stores are on one level which makes access easy.

A total of 35 disabled car parking can be found on Level 1 of the car park with lifts from each level of the car park to the Level 1

Wheelchair Hire

We offer FREE Wheelchair Hire simply pick up the fully sanitised wheelchair from the Customer Service Desk in Central Square or pre-book on 01276 404110.

Mobility Scooters

Class 3 mobility scooters must remain within the limit of 4mph and considerate of the walking speed of other shoppers.

Free WiFi

Free WiFi is available for shoppers through The Cloud network.If it is your first time using The Cloud network follow the simple one-time registration process and get connected

Yodel – Collect + and InPost parcels

The Yodel Collect+ and InPost services are available at The Square’s Customer Service Desk. When shopping online choose the Click & Collect option and have the item delivered to The Square.

Bring the collection code along with your ID, to the Customer Service Desk to pick up your parcel.

We pride ourselves on offering convenient, local shopping. Shop online at our retailers and pick your goods up when it’s convenient to you, or return products bought online at the Customer Service Desk. For opening times please visit here

Hearing Aid Induction Loop

A Hearing Aid Induction Loop is available at the Customer Service Desk.

If you wear a hearing aid, by turn the setting to the “T” position it will be easier to hear our Customer Service Desk Ambassadors should you have a query for them.

Sensory Friendly Time

We host Sensory Friendly Time every Monday from 10am to 11:30am to create a more calming environment without announcements or tannoys for visitors who prefer a quieter shopping experience.

Cash Point

The nearest cash point is at Lloyd’s Bank in Obelisk Way or at Sainsbury’s in Cambridge Square.

Passport Photos

Take a photo for your passport at one of the two photo booths in Bietigheim Way outside New Look and at Timpson’s on Princess Way.

Baby Changing and Toilets

Our Parent and Baby room has two changing stations, two feeding cubicles and a toddler toilet – located just off Cambridge Square.

Children’s Rides

Enjoy family fun at The Square Camberley with our children’s rides, located opposite Sainsbury’s.

Get active in our soft play area in the Ping Pong Parlour near Boots.  You’ll also find 3 ping pong tables available to challenge your friends to a game.  Bring your own bats or borrow some from the Customer Service Desk with balls 50p each from our vending machine.  Open until 5pm each day.

Centre Policies

Dog Policy

We allow dogs here at The Square Camberley.

• One person can walk up to 2 well behaved dogs through The Square and visit shops with the dog-friendly stickers.
• Extendable leads should be made short so the dog remains close and 2 dogs per adult are allowed.
• Dogs should not be left unattended.
• Please bring bags and paper towels in case you need to clean up after your dog.  Materials are also available at, the Customer Service Desk. Dogs may find the surfaces and sounds in the Centre unsettling so please be aware that this may affect their behaviour. Some shoppers and store staff may have an allergy or fear of dogs so please keep this in mind. Dogs are the responsibility of their handlers at all times.  You may be asked to take the dog around via theoutside of the Centre or refused entry if they are not on a lead or behaviour causes concern.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited except for sampling at designated vape stands.

Bikes, Scooters & Skateboards

Bikes and scooters should be pushed through the Centre or alternatively pleases use the bike racks on Park Street outside Primark.

Please carry skateboards under your arm.
